THE FOLLOWING IS A DANVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT RELEASE
Danville Police Officers responded to Dairy Queen on N. Vermilion Street on Saturday around 8:00 p.m. for the report of a robbery that just happened.
Officers were told a male entered the business displaying what appeared to be a firearm and took an undisclosed amount of cash from the business. The suspect was described as white or Hispanic and wore a blue zip-up jacket with a hood over his head, ripped blue jeans, and black tennis shoes. The subject was identified as having multiple face tattoos and appeared to have a medium to small build.
