THE FOLLOWING IS A CITY OF DANVILLE RELEASE
The City of Danville would like to announce the closure of Vacketta Street and the 1300 block of Chandler Street between Voorhees and Columbia Streets. Beginning at 7:00 a.m. Thursday, October 3, 2024 Vacketta Street and the 1300 block of Chandler Street will be closed to through traffic.
It is anticipated that the streets will reopen to through traffic by the end of November. Please choose an alternate route to avoid delays. Motorists and pedestrians are urged to use caution while traveling near the roadway closure corridors.
