Danville Police are reporting no major injuries from a vehicle – building collision on East Liberty Lane between 4 and 5 pm Monday (October 14th), where a car coming out of the Village Mall entrance near McDonald’s apparently malfunctioned, and went across Liberty Lane and into the building at 11 East Liberty Lane where the Studio 31 Spa is located. Police stated that the building was unoccupied at the time of the accident.
An elderly male driver was reported to be uninjured. An elderly female passenger was reportedly taken to the hospital by ambulance after complaining of chest pains.
