THE FOLLOWING IS A DANVILLE AREA COMMUNITY COLLEGE RELEASE
DANVILLE – Registration for the Winter Term and Spring semesters is entering its third week at Danville Area Community College. Anyone interested in registering for classes may do so by calling 217.443.8750 for an appointment, or walk in to the Advising office, 8:00 AM to 4:30PM Monday through Friday. Advising may be accomplished in person, online, or over the telephone for students’ convenience.
The Winter Term is a 4-week online session, running from December 16 through January 10. Select courses offered include traditional transfer classes such as Art Appreciation, U.S. History, and Survey of Statistics. These courses are curated to best serve the dual credit student or students who wish to make up credits in a short period of time over the holiday break.
The regular Spring session begins Tuesday, January 21, immediately following the Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday observance. This semester runs through May 14. The Spring semester will also include late-starting courses which begin February 18, and 8-week courses which begin March 24, 2025.

Please note, DACC will be closed November 28-29 for the Thanksgiving Holiday, and December 24-January 1 for Winter Break.
