December 23, 2024, Danville, IL – Tyler Zindars and his wife Alexis are adding on to the Zindars Conglomerate with the purchase of Danville Ready Rental LLC, located at 217 S Bowman Ave. Currently, Tyler and Alexis own Zindars Property Management LLC, Zindars Property Development LLC, and Westwood Equity Partners LLC, which are vertically integrated companies, embodying the entire real estate process from investments to development to management. The Zindars and their team are committed to unlocking the community’s forgotten value by capitalizing, managing, and restoring properties through quality workmanship and customer care.
The addition of Danville Ready Rental LLC is in line with the Zindars’ commitment to Danville and will work in tandem with the existing companies. Zindars Property Development LLC will begin renovating the facility located at 217 S. Bowman Ave. in early 2025, and Zindars Property Development LLC’s offices and workshop will be located in the same building as Danville Ready Rental LLC when the renovations are completed.
Tyler Zindars says, “We will continue business as usual with Ready Rental, maintaining as many jobs as possible while continuing to expand the offerings of the business for the betterment of those we serve.” The Zindars team is looking at adding more equipment, including new stump grinders, an articulating loader, woodchipper, backhoe, lifts, a landscaping dingo, and will be refreshing current equipment for the new season.
They will also be upgrading their sales system and website, offering online reservations for equipment rental. Hours will remain the same, with winter hours being from 8 AM to 4 PM Monday through Friday and spring, summer and fall hours being from 7 AM to 4 PM Monday through Friday.
