Ingredients:
- First Layer:
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 stick of butter
- Second Layer:
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 and 1/2 cup cool whip
- Third Layer:
- 2 pkg. of instant chocolate pudding
- 2 and 3/4 cup milk
Instructions:
- Mix flour & melted butter, add the chopped walnuts. Put into a 13 x 9 baking pan. Bake at 375 degrees F for 15 minutes.
- Blend cream cheese and sugar until combined, then fold in 1 and 1/2 cups of cool whip. Spread onto the first layer (crust).
Take pudding and blend with milk, spread on second layer (the previous mixture). - Top with cool whip and serve!
