The Danville District 118 School Board has called a special meeting for 5:30 PM on Monday, January 27th.
The agenda calls for the board to immediately go into closed session for all of the subsequent agenda items. However, right before going into closed session, the agenda calls for a “Public Comment” period.
During the last District 118 Board meeting on January 15th, very little comment was offered about the continued absence of superintendent Dr. Alicia Geddis. However, both Board President Dr. Randal Ashton and Board member Elder Tyson Parks implied that there is important work to be done; with both saying “pray for us.”
Again, the public comment period is Monday, January 27th, at 5:30 PM.
