SPRINGFIELD, IL… State Representative Brandun Schweizer (R-Danville) released the following statement regarding his recent appointments to serve on six key House committees in the 104th General Assembly.
Rep. Schweizer will serve on the following committees:
- Appropriations-Higher Education
- Child Care Access and Early Childhood
- Gaming
- Small Business, Tech Innovation
- Transportation: Regulation, Roads, and Bridges
- Veterans’ Affairs
“It is an honor to be selected to serve on these six key House committees,” said Rep. Schweizer. “As a retired United States Marine, business owner, and father, I look forward to bringing my experiences to the table to ensure that good policies are being implemented to best serve Illinois families.
