The team chaplain for the Kansas City Chiefs, Marcellus Casey, will be in Danville for a special men’s conference on Saturday morning, March 8th. In addition, he will be speaking at a youth conference the night before.
The Mosaic City Church is partnering with New Life Church of Faith in hosting this event. The Mosaic City Church’s Pastor LeStan Hoskins says this is part of the MEN MATTER MOVEMENT. And the inspirational message from the Chief’s chaplain will let men know how to join the movement, and be “part of the change” when it comes to being better fathers, husbands, and community leaders.

Because we believe that when men are involved in children’s lives it just benefits them, you know, when men affirm them. And even those who haven’t done a good job in the past; this is a new year. And we just want to encourage you to be better this year.
Both scheduled events will take place at the New Life Church of Faith, 1419 North Bowman in Danville. The Friday night, March 7th youth conference will be 6 to 8 PM. The Saturday morning, March 8th MEN MATTER MOVEMENT men’s conference will begin at 10 AM.
