Vermilion County Animal Shelter to Host Adult Prom to Benefit the Animals
Vermilion County, IL – The Vermilion County Animal Shelter, in collaboration with the Vermilion County Animal Shelter Foundation, will be hosting an adult prom on April 5, 2025. The prom will be a fun-filled evening of music, dancing, and food with fellow animal lovers.
The event will be held at the Turtle Run Banquet Center located at 332 East Liberty Lane, Danville, IL from 7:00 – 11:00 р.m. The event will include a DJ, professional photographer, and silent auction. Prom attire is encouraged but not required.
Ticket details:
Ticket price includes admission and appetizers; alcohol sold separately
Cost:
– General Public – $50.00 per person or $75.00 per couple
– Law Enforcement Personnel – $30.00 per person or $50.00 per couple Tickets sales end 3/23/25. Businesses may reserve a table of eight for $360.00

– Make a one-time donation for the ticket cost and specify in the Donation/Sponsorship line that the donation is for prom ticket purchase. The ticket will be mailed once the donation is received.
The Vermilion County Animal Shelter Foundation is a 501c3 organization and all proceeds raised will directly benefit the animals housed at the shelter. The Foundation provides support through spay and neuter, heartworm treatment, medical/emergency financial support, food and supplies as needed, rescue transportation, adoption events, and education.
