And, just a place for our veterans to be able to go and mingle amongst each other, share war stories, and just kind of cope with what we all saw when we were over in a war zone. And, basically, just have that camaraderie amongst ourselves.”}
Schweizer hopes other veterans will get involved….

We have a strong veterans’ presence here. A lot of folks are eligible to be V-F-W members, and just might not be aware of what the V-F-W actually does. So I’d just encourage everybody to go on the web site and check it out. See if it’s for them, and if it is, sign-up to become a member.”}
Matt Long was selected to become the new Vice Commander of Post 3510. In addition to getting more information from the VFW website, an informational meeting for Post 3510 is scheduled for May 20th at 4:00 p.m. at the Danville Public Library.
