Kennekuk Road Runners member Brooke DiBello is looking forward to running the half marathon at the Christie Clinic Marathon Weekend.
“I really like this race,” said DiBello, 46, of Sidney.
She loves the trail running she does as part of the KRR, but this race on a flat surface makes her feel like she goes pretty fast. She’s always hopeful for a PR.
DiBello will be a “Bond girl” again this year. That’s her maiden name, and she has run with her dad, David, and sister before, with the Bond girl name.
DiBello, who’s a therapist in the psychology department at Carle, said her running story started at a young age.
