This was the Vermilion County Conservation District’s 40th year hosting the event at Forest Glen Preserve.
Students participated in eight different activities (Animal Game, Obstacle Course, Class Feud, Environmental Relay Race, Nature Hike, Nature Race, Scavenger Hunt, and Wildlife Scramble) that tested their conservation knowledge about our plants and animals, natural resources, environmental concerns, and more.

It was an amazing day! We had sixteen teams of 6th-grade students from 7 schools (Oakwood, Salt Fork, Judith Giacoma, Mary Miller Junior High, Bismarck Henning, Potomac)
