THE FOLLOWING IS A VERMILION COUNTY CORONER’S OFFICE RELEASE
Danville, IL- The Vermilion County Coroner’s Office has released the names of the victims involved in the shooting on Grace Street in Danville Friday night, May 9th, 2025 as Lacy K. Williams, 32 years old and William J. Rudy 67 years old both of Danville.
Coroner McFadden stated that both families have been notified. Autopsies were performed on May 11th, 2025 and results are pending. The Danville Police Department and the Vermilion County Coroner’s Office continue to investigate.
