DANVILLE — Vermilion County Circuit Court Judge Nicolas Boileau has allowed another business — now making it three — to join in the fight to prevent Danville Correctional Center’s firing range from reopening.
Another case management conference occurred Tuesday with some parties in person and others on Zoom.
Boileau allowed Cresco Labs LLC to be added to the opposing parties of the reopening of the firing range.
Cresco Labs, the owner of Sunnyside Cannabis Dispensary in Danville, filed a petition to intervene, to be added to the parties in the litigation. The other two businesses which Boileau already approved to join the fight were Seven Point cannabis dispensary and record store and the AutoZone Distribution Center.
