Audio Player{AUDIO: “It’s conducted like a military-type ceremony where it’s very dignified. We work hand-in-hand with the Marine Corp League and the Legion members. And we try to make it a community event, really. We would love to have more children here to see this unfold. Unfortunately, we didn’t have too many today.”}
Mullins says citizens can drop-off flags at the American Legion Post anytime…
{AUDIO: “We have a box here out in front of the Post itself. It looks like a mailbox but it’s a flag drop. We have thousands delivered here all year long. Every June we have Flag Day and it’s a nice ceremony.”}
