Earthrise Energy will be hosting three informational/community conversation sessions at the Danville Public Library concerning their proposed placement of solar panels, along 1400 acres of farmland, along the Catlin-Tilton Road. These sessions will be held 11:30 AM to 1 PM Monday, September 8; 7 to 8:30 PM, also on Monday the 8th; and then 8:30 to 10 AM Tuesday morning September 9th.
Earthrise Energy’s Ellie Ginis says these sessions will provide an opportunity to learn more about the project.
AUDIO: We’ll have subject matter experts from the Earthrise team present; including myself, our environmental and safety director, and our engineering manager. And we really want to make ourselves available to answer any questions.
Ginis says Earthrise is viewing these sessions as “the start of an on going conversation with the community,” and that they hope to be scheduling more sessions in the future.
