THE FOLLOWING IS A CITY OF DANVILLE RELEASE
The City of Danville would like to announce a Contractor request for a roadway closure for utility construction across Robinson Street as part of the redevelopment at 904 W. Fairchild Street. Beginning at 7:00 a.m. Monday, September 29, 2025, there will be a complete roadway closure on Robinson Street between the north side of 501 W. Fairchild Street to Townsend Street.
It is anticipated that the street will fully reopen by 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 1, 2025. This closure will impact motorists traveling northbound and southbound on Robinson Street. Please choose an alternative route to avoid delays. Motorists and pedestrians are urged to use caution while traveling near the roadway closure corridor.
