Former Shiloh Apostolic Church of Henning pastor Gary Arivett has been given a trial date of Tuesday, February 10th of 2026 at 10 AM, in Courtroom 4B at the Vermilion County Courthouse. Arivett’s final pre-trial date will be Thursday, February 5th, at 10:30 AM.
Arivett faces multiple charges of Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse with a family member, after serving for nearly three decades as pastor at the Shiloh Apostolic Church in Henning, located northwest of Route 136 and Henning Road.
This case goes back to Arivett’s initial court appearance; which was September 18th of 2023.
