DANVILLE — Following a phoned-in anonymous threat made toward Danville School District 118 Monday morning that closed schools, Danville High School still has additional police presence mid-week.
According to a message from Danville High School officials Wednesday morning, “During that same time, a social media post was made by a high school student threatening to cause harm to others. The student has been interviewed and investigated by both the Danville High School administration and the Danville Police Department. The threat has been deemed ‘unfounded.'”
