Lily most recently served as District Sales Manager for Wyffels Hybrids, covering Macon and DeWitt counties. She previously held roles at Cargill in sustainability and operations management. Her career reflects a strong connection to agriculture and a practical understanding of farm operations.
She earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Crop Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, with a concentration in Crop Agribusiness. She also holds an Associate of Science in Pre-Engineering from Lake Land College. Lily grew up on a corn and soybean farm near Altamont, Illinois. She has lived in Douglas County for the past three years with her husband, Luke, and their three children, with a fourth on the way. Her family runs a construction business in the Tuscola area.
