The Vermilion County Museum Society is hosting their Holiday Open House 1:30 to 4 PM on Saturday, December 13th. First Farmers Bank and Trust of Oakwood and Hoopeston is the main sponsor.
Admission is free, and Santa Claus is scheduled to visit. There will be Christmas cookies and Christmas crafts as well. Additional parking will be available at the nearby Carle building.
Guests are asked to bring a gift for a pet, or monetary donation, with proceeds going to the Danville Humane Society. Suggested items really needed include durable chews, paper towels, and clumping cat litter.
