HENNING — Chain-of-command changes at Conagra have resulted in some positions being shuffled around and will affect employees’ jobs at the company’s Henning facility, Full-Fill Industries.
According to Conagra spokesman Dan Hare, “We recently announced changes to the reporting structure at the facility. The changes will result in some people transitioning to other jobs at the plant. In some cases, impacted employees will have the option to apply for open positions. If one of the impacted employees leaves the company instead of moving into a new role, then we will provide transitional support.
“Generally speaking, there won’t be a significant impact to our presence or number of jobs in Henning,” he continued.
There are approximately 200 employees at the Henning plant.
Henning Mayor Harmony Levette said she’d not heard about the changes.
