Coach DaJuan Gouard and the nationally ranked Danville Area Community College Mens basketball team will be at home this Thursday evening (February 5th), with a 6 PM game against Rock Valley College; on Dick Shockey Court at Mary Miller Gymnasium.
The DACC Jaguars are currently 17-2, and are 8th in the NJCAA Division II national rankings. Their season thus far has included wins over 9th ranked South Suburban and 10th ranked Parkland.
Also on the upcoming schedule is the Wednesday, February 11th “Pack the Place” night; where the DACC Women will be playing at 5:30 PM, followed by the DACC-Parkland Mens game at 7:30 PM
The DACC Men are hoping to make the NJCAA Division II National Tournament; once again being played in Danville at DACC’s Mary Miller Gymnasium; starting Monday, March 16th. The DACC Men made the semi-finals of the national tournament three years ago.
