THE FOLLOWING IS A SURVIVOR RESOURCE CENTER RELEASE
Danville, IL, February 19, 2026 — Dancing for the Stars returns for the fourth year to the Historic Fischer Theatre on March 14, 2026, bringing an evening of entertainment and community spirit to support the Survivor Resource Center (SRC). The fundraiser pairs local celebrities with experienced dancers to compete on stage while raising vital funds for services supporting survivors of sexual assault in Vermilion, Edgar, and Clark counties.
Guests can expect family-friendly fun, dynamic performances, and a night that will inspire. “The Survivor Resource Center provides hope and healing to child and adult survivors of sexual assault in our community,” said Marcie Sheridan, Executive Director. “People survive and people thrive. This is why the event is called Dancing for the Stars—the STARS are the survivors we serve.”
