Danville, IL – Post 210 Travel Baseball & Softball will host a community fundraiser on Saturday, March 7, 2026, beginning at 7:00 p.m. at Turtle Run Golf & Banquet Center. The evening promises entertainment, exciting auction items, and an opportunity for the community to support local youth athletics.
The fundraiser will feature a gun raffle, a 50/50 drawing, and an extensive silent auction. Auction items include signed jerseys from professional athletes both local and nationally recognized, sports memorabilia, gift cards from local businesses, and many additional specialty items.
Guests will also enjoy live music performances by James Jones and Dalton Halls, adding to what organizers expect to be a memorable and energetic evening.
The event is made possible through the generous support of community sponsors, including Hall of Fame Plaques and Signs, True Grit Fitness, B.E.C. Mechanical, No Regrets Tattoos, Brand New Again, Classic Homes Realty, Dazeys Hair Lab, and R.C. Electric.
Brent Hart, Post 210 Oraganizer, emphasized the purpose behind the event:

Proceeds from the fundraiser will directly support Post 210 Travel Baseball & Softball, helping revamp fields and parks also to update program needs to ensure young athletes can continue competing and developing in a positive environment.
