THE FOLLOWING IS A VERMILION ADVANTAGE RELEASE
Local businesses are invited to be part of the upcoming Vermilion County Career Expo on Thursday, April 23 from 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM at Danville Area Community College.
The event will kick off with a student-only session from 9:00–10:30 AM, followed by time open to the public from 10:30 AM–1:30 PM.
The Career Expo brings together local employers, industry leaders, and future workforce talent for a day focused on career exploration, connections, and real opportunities. It’s a chance for businesses to get in front of students and job seekers and showcase what careers look like right here in our community.
New this year: Vendor registration is completely free, making it easier than ever for businesses and organizations to participate and connect with hundreds of attendees.
The event will offer both indoor and outdoor exhibitor space, giving vendors the flexibility to create interactive booths, bring equipment, and provide hands-on demonstrations.
Attendees will have the opportunity to:
• Meet local employers and explore career paths
• Learn about job openings, internships, and training programs
• Enjoy a variety of food trucks on-site throughout the event
