We declare the Games of Danville open, celebrating the 2026 Olympics of the modern era!
First Fridays in Downtown Danville welcomes the 2026 Danville Olympics as the first outdoor event of the season on Friday, April 3, from 5–8 PM. Bring a team of 2–5 friends or family members for an evening of FREE mini tailgate-style games, live music at Temple Plaza by Groovetown, food trucks, and refreshing brews!
For the safety of those attending there will be road closures from 3-8:30 PM on Vermilion Street from Harrison to North, and North from the Temple Plaza alley to the alley at Jansky Studios.
