DANVILLE, Ill. — Gardeners looking to add variety to their planting plans can learn about vegetables with unique colors, shapes, and sizes at an upcoming program hosted by the Vermilion County Master Gardeners. The presentation will explore creative ways to grow uncommon tomatoes and other vegetables, along with information on where to find these distinctive varieties.

The program will be held on Tuesday, April 21, at 5:30 p.m. at the Danville Public Library, 319 N. Vermilion St., Danville. The event is open to the public and designed for gardeners of all experience levels interested in expanding their home gardens with a more diverse selection.
