ABOVE: Part of the overflow crowd during last Thursday’s (Apr 23rd) DACC Board of Trustees Meeting
Following last week’s Thursday evening meeting that drew an angry, overflow crowd; the DACC Board of Trustees will be having at special 5 PM meeting Wednesday, April 29th; in Room 302 of Vermilion Hall. The agenda includes a “Public Comment” period; before the board is scheduled to go into “Closed Session” “to discuss matters pertaining to the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body.”

There is no voting action on the agenda, as “Adjournment” is scheduled following “Closed Session.”
Much of the “Public Comment” at the recent April 23rd meeting concerned anger over the dismissals of Provost Dr. Carl Bridges and Dean Terry Goodwin; along with substantial anger directed towards Board Chairman Greg Wolfe and DACC President Dr. Randy Fletcher.
