Information Technology Services Bids
Danville, IL – June 23, 2026: East Central Illinois Community Action Agency (ECICAA) is soliciting bids from qualified Information Technology service providers to manage and support the Agency’s technology infrastructure and ongoing IT needs.
ECICAA seeks a dependable IT partner capable of providing proactive technology management, technical support, cybersecurity oversight, and strategic guidance to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of the Agency’s information systems.
Scope of Work
The selected vendor will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT services, including but not limited to:
• Management and monitoring of the Agency’s computer network and technology infrastructure.
• Help desk and technical support services for staff.
• Installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computers, servers, printers, and other technology equipment.
• Network administration, including wireless and internet connectivity management.
• Cybersecurity management, including antivirus protection, endpoint security, threat monitoring, and security updates.
• User account administration and access management.
• Data backup management, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity support.
• Software installation, licensing management, and updates.• Microsoft 365 administration and support.
• Maintenance of firewalls, network security devices, and other security systems.
• Ongoing monitoring of system performance and proactive identification of potential issues.
• Strategic technology planning and recommendations for infrastructure improvements.
• On-site support as needed and remote support during normal business hours.
• Compliance support related to applicable federal, state, and grant requirements concerning data security and privacy.
• Documentation of systems, network configurations, and technology assets.
Bid Requirements
Please include the following information in your proposal:
• Company background and qualifications.
• Description of managed IT services offered.
• Experience supporting nonprofit organizations, government agencies, or organizations receiving federal and state grant funding.
• Staffing structure and response times for support requests.
• Service Level Agreement (SLA) details.
• References from current or recent clients.
• Itemized pricing structure, including monthly recurring costs and any additional fees.
• Proof of insurance and relevant certifications.
• Description of cybersecurity services and data protection measures.
ECICAA reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, waive informalities, and award the contract in the best interest of the Agency.
