THE FOLLOWING IS A CITY OF DANVILLE RELEASE
The City of Danville will begin sewer infrastructure repairs in the 1200 block of Cleveland Street.
To safely complete this work, Cleveland Street will be closed to all traffic between South Crawford Street and Edwards Street beginning Monday, August 10, 2026, at 6:30 a.m. The closure is expected to remain in place through Thursday, August 13, 2026, at 4:30 p.m.
During the construction period, motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes and avoid the area whenever possible. Access to the work zone will be restricted to ensure the safety of both the public and construction crews.
The City of Danville appreciates the public’s patience and cooperation as these necessary infrastructure improvements are completed.
