Danville, IL — September 16, 2024 — United Way of Danville Area proudly announces the appointment of Annie Monyok, Board President, and Hayley Siefert, Board Member, as Co-Chairs for the 2024-2025 Campaign. Together, they will lead the effort to raise a record-breaking $500,000 in 2025. Their focus will be on promoting United Way’s critical role in fulfilling the four pillars of Healthy Community, Financial Security, Community Resiliency, and Youth Opportunity.
“Our organization is thrilled to have Annie and Hayley lead this campaign,” said Angie Lazzell, CEO of United Way of Danville Area. “Their passion for our community and strategic leadership are exactly what we need to reach our ambitious goals. The work United Way does through our partner agencies is vital, and I’m confident in their ability to champion this mission.”
Annie Monyok, Founder and CEO of Monyok Leadership has been on the Board since 2021 and is committed to driving positive change. “I’m excited to partner with Hayley and Angie to highlight the tremendous impact United Way and its partner agencies have on our community. We’re determined to make this campaign our most impactful yet.,” said Monyok.
Hayley Siefert, an Independent Broker at Keller Williams Realty and Board Member since 2024, is a strong advocate for community engagement. “Community involvement is crucial. Together, we can make Vermilion County a better place to live, and United, we can help our community thrive,” Siefert stated.
The official campaign kicks off with a Radiothon on Friday, October 4. Donors are encouraged to make their pledges or donations online today at www.unitedwayda.org.
