THE FOLLOWING IS A DANVILLE HIGH SCHOOL RELEASE, FROM ATHLETIC DIRECTOR GARY GRITTON’S OFFCE
The varsity football game scheduled for September 27, 2024, against Crete-Monee has been relocated to Crete-Monee high school due to a shortage of available game officials. Our referee assigner is 3 crews short on 9/27/24 to cover all the games that he assigns for. We explored other options, including moving to a Thursday or a Saturday game, but both schools ultimately decided on to change the location. The kickoff time will remain the same at 7:00 p.m. Additionally, Crete-Monee high school will travel to Danville High School next year on September 26, 2025, for the return game.
