THE FOLLOWING IS A CITY OF DANVILLE RELEASE
The City of Danville would like to announce the closure of one lane of Vermilion Street as part of the Downtown Revitalization Phase 1 construction project. Beginning at 7:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 25, 2024, the northbound lane of Vermilion Street will be closed at the intersection with Harrison Street.
It is anticipated that the lane will reopen by 4:00 p.m. Friday, September 27, 2024. Please choose an alternate route to avoid delays. Motorists and pedestrians are urged to use caution while traveling near the roadway closure corridor.
