A job fair seeking workers for the Champaign County Planning Commission’s new Head Start program efforts will be this Saturday, September 28th, 9 AM to 2 PM at Danville’s David S. Palmer Arena. As we reported a while back, the Commission is expanding their Head Start facilities to Vermilion, Ford, and Iroquois Counties; providing care for Pre-K children.
Those coming to the Champaign County Planning Commission’s job fair for Head Start positions; Saturday, September 28th at the David S. Palmer Arena; are asked to bring, if possible, resumes, school transcripts, diplomas, and three letters of reference.
Early Childhood Division Director Brandi Granse talks about some of the experience and skills they are looking for.
