The David S. Palmer Arena was the place to be for Thursday’s 74th Kiwanis Pancake Day in Danville. One of the Kiwanian cooks was Carla Gifford.
AUDIO: I think it’s a wonderful tradition that we have here. And it’s amazing to see all the community members come out; and that’s the fun part, is to be here, just to be in front of the community and to serve them some great pancakes.
Another Kiwanian working hard to keep things going was Jim Carey.
AUDIO: We know that we give to about 18 groups in Danville. And we love doing it for them, and it helps them out a lot.
