THE FOLLOWING IS A DANVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT RELEASE
The Danville Police Department has arrested a suspect in the armed robbery of Dairy Queen that happened Saturday 9/21/24.
25-year-old Jose Quintana of Cicero, IL was taken into custody on Thursday 10/3/24 by members of the Danville Police Department Community Housing Unit.
Quintana will face Armed Robbery and Obstructing and Resisting a Peace Officer charges. Quintana is also being held on a warrant out of Cook County.
