THE FOLLOWING IS AN AMERICAN LEGION POST 210/ DHS / GAO GROTTO RELEASE
Join us for the American Legion Post 210, Danville High School Student Council, and Gao Grotto Trunk or Treat Rally and Danville High Orchestra & DSO Halloween Spooktacular happening this Saturday, October 26th. The day’s events starts with the three location Trunk or Treat Rally from 1 PM to 3 PM. Trick or Treaters may start the Rally at any of the three locations: American Legion Post 210, Danville High School, or Gao Grotto.
Any family that visits all three sites will be entered into a raffle to win prizes like Family Four Packs to Festival of Trees or Hardy’s Reindeer Ranch. The winning tickets will be drawn at 3:30 PM at Danville High School. Besides many local groups setting up treat stations the event will include Middle Fork Jeeps at the American Legion and food trucks at Danville High School. The food available will be Borderline Munchies, Lowlife Kitchen, Travelin’ Tom’s Coffee Truck, & Danville High Viking Perks.
The day then continues at Danville High with the DSO Halloween Spooktacular. This event will include more Trick or Treating, Middle & High School Orchestra Concert, Costume Contest, and ends with the DSO-DHS Orchestra Concert at 7:00 PM.
