The Danville Area Community College Board of Trustees has called for a special meeting at 4 PM on Wednesday, November 6th. During the October 24th DACC Board meeting, in addition to approval of the agreement for President Stephen Nacco’s retirement active in December, it was also announced by Board Chairperson David Harby that he was stepping down from both the chairmanship and the board for health reasons.
The agenda for the November 6th meeting includes “Consideration for the Appointment” of both a new Chair and Vice-Chair, and then calls for the board to go into Closed Session. The meeting will be in the DACC Board Room in Vermilion Hall, Room 302.
