It started off big with more than 25 members signing up to join the new group. During the meeting the president, Ginyisia Vander-Austin, explained the goal of the NAACP Youth Chapter along with the exciting future plans awaiting them. The motto “One Voice -One Vision” explains the mission of being a group to unite other DHS service groups to work together and support the projects.

Other speakers giving motivational tips and best of wishes included from State Senator Paul Faraci & Rep Brandun Schweizer. It even had a nice tasty dessert to top off the achievement.
