OAKWOOD — The Oakwood Village Board in a special meeting Monday night elected Lindsey Light acting village president.
Light was elected to replace Clayton Woodard, who unexpectedly resigned last week.
Village Clerk Connie Young said Light joined the board in January 2022.
She was the only person nominated for village president on Monday and was elected unanimously.
