DANVILLE — A status hearing Monday morning in the case of vacating the permanent injunction for the closed Danville Correctional Center firing range resulted in little new information.
Assistant Attorney General Julie Themer, on Zoom, stated she expected to file a case management order on Monday for upcoming deadlines.
Dates have not been set yet for a final evidentiary hearing, pre-trial or trial.
Vermilion County Circuit Court Judge Nicolas Boileau, Themer and attorneys for Seven Point Cannabis Dispensary and Record Store and AutoZone Distribution Center, which along with Cresco Labs, which owns Sunnyside Cannabis Dispensary in Danville, are part of the litigation to prevent the reopening of the firing range, didn’t set a next status hearing.
