DANVILLE — A new bar and grill planned for downtown will have several ties to the city’s history, more than just its name.
Bresee Bar and Grill, 8 E. North St., is planned for the former Bratland’s Prescription Shop site at the southeast corner of North and Vermilion streets.
Fuzzy’s Bar was looking to locate there but ended up going to the 610 Tap site.
Bresee Bar and Grill could open by November.
The Danville City Council’s Public Works Committee will consider Tuesday night approving a redevelopment agreement with Deana and Josh Turner for the business.
