THE FOLLOWING IS A DANVILLE AREA COMMUNITY COLLEGE RELEASE
DANVILLE – The Library at Danville Area Community College is pleased to announce the third event in their speaker series, “That’s a Novel Idea: A Series of Short Talks”. On Wednesday, November 5th, at 11:00AM, Dr. Jon Wade, Associate Professor of Social Science, will discuss the 3+1 Program DACC has in cooperation with Franklin University.
Dr. Wade is excited to share key insights about the 3 + 1 Program, focusing on the Bachelor’s Degrees in Psychology and Social Science. This program offers significant financial savings for students compared to traditional four-year degree programs. It also provides access to a broad array of courses at DACC, enabling students to earn up to 90 credits before completing their senior year for a bachelor’s degree at Franklin College, entirely online and without leaving the district. This program is perfect for students who work full-time, non-traditional students, and those seeking a high-quality bachelor’s degree at a lower cost than traditional four-year universities.
Dr. Wade will be speaking on November 5, at 11am in the DACC Library. Attendees are invited to enjoy snacks and chatting with Dr. Wade following the talk.
