THE FOLLOWING IS A VERMILION COUNTY CORONER’S OFFICE RELEASE
Danville, IL- The Vermilion County Coroner Jane McFadden has identified the victim of an early morning shooting on Saturday, November 29th at Scooter’s Bar, located at 1114 East Voorhees Street, in Danville. The victim was identified as 30-year-old Tevin J. Patton of Joplin, Missouri.
Vermilion County Coroner Jane McFadden stated that Mr. Patton’s family has been notified. An autopsy is scheduled for this coming week. The Danville Police Department, the Illinois State Police and the Vermilion County Coroner’s Office continue to investigate.
