Danville, Illinois – Looking to host a wedding, birthday party, reunion, graduation celebration, or family gathering in 2026? Kennekuk County Park and Forest Glen Preserve offer building and shelter rentals for your next gathering!
The first day to reserve a building or shelter for 2026 will be Monday, January 5, 2026. For those making reservations in person, we will start at 7:30am at the Kennekuk Administration Building or at the Forest Glen Staff Office. Phone call reservations will begin at 8:00am. To reserve a shelter at Kennekuk or Lake Vermilion, call 217-442-1691; for Forest Glen call 217-662-2142.
