The Vermilion County Boys High School Basketball tournament concluded Saturday night at the Mary Miller Complex at Danville Area Community College as the Westville Tigers knocked off 6-time defending champion Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin by a final of 50-49.
The Tigers are coached by Ed Barney, Assisted by David Barney & Matt Darling.
Leading scorer of the game was Keison Peoples of BHRA with 39 points. Aiden White netted 17 for Westville.
In the 3rd place game the Armstrong-Potomac Trojans defeated the Oakwood Comets 66-63.
The evening began with the 5th place game where the Salt Fork Storm defeated the Hoopeston Area Cornjerkers by a score of 50-43.
