A Night of Flavor, Friendly Competition, and Community Impac
Danville, IL — The United Way of Danville Area is excited to announce that tickets are now on sale for United We Cook 2026, one of the community’s most anticipated events of the year. Join us on Saturday, May 2 for an evening filled with great food, local talent, and meaningful impact.
United We Cook brings together local “celebrity” chefs, including business leaders and community advocates, for a lively culinary competition. Guests will sample signature dishes from each chef and cast their votes to help crown the crowd favorites.

-Tip jars to vote for your favorites (every dollar supports United Way!)
-Cash bar & unforgettable atmosphere
-100% of proceeds fund programs right here in our community
Guests can also purchase “Tasty Tender” in advance with their tickets. Tasty Tender is tip money used during the event to reward your favorite chefs. Purchasing ahead allows guests to skip the line and have it ready at the door upon arrival.
