Danville’s Mosaic City Church has announced that registration for their 6th Annual Anti-Violence Basketball Tournament is officially open. This year, Mosaic City Church is partnering with DACC, and will be hosting the event at Mary Miller Gymnasium. Last year, there were over 175 participants. Families are encouraged to get their children registered ASAP.
The tournament will be on Saturday, May 30th; beginning at 9 AM in DACC’s Mary Miller Gum. This is for Kindergarten through 12th Grade students, with players being assigned to teams (7-10 per team) upon arrival.
This event will be completely free, with food and fun for the entire community. (Free T-shirts for all participants as well!)

Also planned for that same weekend (the first weekend of Summer Vacation), is a YOUTH SUNDAY for youth of all ages; on Sunday, May 31st. The day begins with a Sunday Service at 9 AM at the Danville YMCA. Those who attend the service will be provided entry to a Youth Skate Party at Illini Skateland, from 4 to 6 PM.
The youth that brings the most guests will win a $100 Hibbet’s Gift Card.
